Inclusive retail store
Brand: Tommy Hilfiger
Designer: Naumana Khan
Project: spatial design, retail design, sensory design, inclusive design

In the UK alone it, is estimated that around 700,000 individuals are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Tommy Hilfiger has designed an adaptive clothing line for people with ASD and other disabilities allowing individuals to complete daily tasks such as dressing independently with comfort and ease. The design of this store draws on the values of Tommy Hilfiger’s adaptive clothing line allowing individuals on the spectrum to shop in stores conveniently without the sensory overload that is triggered in conventional retail stores. Making retail stores accessible to all.
